Campagnolo Left, Non Drive Side, Replacement Crank Arms

All of Campagnolo's left replacement arms will fit 8, 9 and 10 speed Campagnolo crank sets.
Record and Chorus are designed for use with the standard 102 mm and the triple, 111 mm asymmetrical, Campagnolo taper bottom bracket spindles.
Centaur, Daytona, Racing Triple and Veloce are designed for use with a 111 symmetrical or 115 mm, Campy taper, bottom bracket spindle.
You may use the Chorus and Record left arms on older, pre-1995, Record and Chorus 111 mm bottom brackets. The crank arm will fit perfectly on the spindle but will sit a little further away from the frame than the original arm.
You could also use a Centaur, Daytona or Veloce left arm to replace an Athena, Racing T, pre-1995 Chorus or a pre-1995 Record left arm. The fit and alignment will match the original arm.
Daytona and Centaur left arms will also fit and align perfectly with Racing T, Veloce and Mirage two and three ring crank sets.
Veloce left arms will fit and align perfectly with Veloce, Daytona, Centaur and Mirage two or three ring crank sets.
All the arms we have in stock are current and have the same graphics as pictured above.
The pedal holes are standard 9/16 of an inch threading and fit all road and track pedals.

Campagnolo Right, Drive Side, Replacement Crank Arms

All of Campagnolo's right replacement arms will fit 8, 9 and 10 speed Campagnolo crank sets.
Record and Chorus two chain ring arms are designed for use with a 102 mm Campy taper bottom bracket spindle.
Record triple chain ring arms are designed for use with the triple, 111 mm asymmetrical, Campagnolo taper bottom bracket spindle.
Centaur, Daytona, Racing Triple and Veloce are designed for use with a 111 or 115 mm, Campy taper, bottom bracket spindle.
You may use a Centaur, Daytona or Veloce right arm to replace an Athena, pre-1995 Chorus or a pre-1995 Record right arm. The fit and alignment will match the original arm.
The Racing Triple right arm will fit all Racing Triple, Veloce and Mirage triple crank sets.
Centaur, Daytona and Veloce right arms will also fit and align perfectly with Veloce and Mirage two ring crank sets.
Veloce triple ring right arms will fit and align perfectly with 8/9 speed Veloce, Centaur, Racing Triple and Mirage three ring crank sets.
10 speed triple ring, right arms, have shorter studs than 8/9 speed triple ring right arms. The shorter studs brings the smallest chain ring 0.4mm closer to the middle ring. You may place a Le Tour 0.4 mm chain ring spacer on top of each stud to convert a 10 speed small ring to 8/9 speed use.

Campagnolo Replacement Crank Arm Bolts

The 8 mm Allen head bolt and crank dust cover pictured above will fit all Campagnolo cranks from 1975 to the present.
The 8 mm Allen head bolt came with all Campy road cranks from 1996 to the present.
8 mm Allen head crank fixing bolts should be treated with a removable, thread locking compound before each use. They come with a factory applied, blue, removable, thread locking compound.
All Campagnolo track cranks and some pre-1996 road cranks used a combination 15 mm hex bolt and an aluminum or plastic crank dust cover. Those bolts are pictured below.
Some pre-1996 cranks used a combination 7 mm Allen bolt and a chrome sleeve/dust cover. This type of bolt could be used to install or remove the crank arms with just a 7 mm Allen wrench. It did not work well and was soon discontinued.
We no longer have 7 mm crank bolts/dust covers. We suggest that you replace your 7 mm bolts with the combination 8 mm crank bolt/dust cover pictured above.
Both models of crank fixing bolts come as a set of two and with two washers. Campagnolo suggests tightening both styles of crank bolts to 24 to 28 foot pounds (32 to 38 Newton Meters).

This is an archival edition of the Branford Bike web site from February 2006. Complete with product photos, prices, how to articles and technical specifications it is a treasure trove of accurate, detailed and historical information.

In July of 2006 Branford Bike was incinerated by a huge forest fire. No one was hurt but the inventory and buildings were completely destroyed. I witnessed the fire and stayed until the trees were burning in my driveway. At that point I hiked from Branford Bike, through the smoke and embers, down the mountain to my Jeep 3 miles away. I took photos and wrote about the harrowing experience so everyone could see what I saw. My insurance was generous and I later rebuilt my home and started another business selling books. Branford Bike was a huge part of my life for over 30 years; June 1976 to July 2006. I enjoyed those years tremendously and Branford Bike was often a labor of love.
