  • Most Campagnolo front derailleur parts can be interchanged amongst Record, Chorus, Centaur, Veloce, Mirage and even a few older front derailleurs. Specific compatibility is listed in the below price box.
  • We suggest using Le Tour Premium Chain Lube for lubricating all Campagnolo front derailleurs. A drop on each pivot point, once a month or after a rain storm, will insure long life and smooth shifting. Always wipe off excess chain lube or accumulated dirt.
  • We suggest using a Park Torque Wrench, for the most accurate installation. Campagnolo recommends tightening the mounting bolt to 7 Newton Meters (N.m) or 5.2 foot pounds. The cable anchor bolt should be tightening to 5 Newton Meters (N.m) or 3.7 foot pounds.
  • You may convert a Record, Chorus or Centaur braze-on front derailleur to a clamp-on model by simply switching the front derailleur body. Or you may convert a 32 mm clamp to a 35 mm clamp or a braze-on by switching bodies.
  • You may also convert a braze-on front derailleur to a clamp-on model by purchasing a clamp adapter.
  • Campagnolo front derailleur cages are also interchangeable. A Record front derailleur will accept a Chorus or Centaur cage assembly and vice-versa. You may also switch cage assemblies between two and three chain ring Record, Chorus or Centaur front derailleurs.
  • Made in Italy by Campagnolo and backed with a three year warranty.

Front Derailleur Adapter Clamps
  • You may convert a Record, Chorus or Centaur braze-on front derailleur to a clamp-on model by simply switching the front derailleur body. Or you may convert a 32 mm clamp to a 35 mm clamp or braze-on by switching bodies. Campagnolo derailleur bodies are listed above.
  • You may also convert ANY braze-on front derailleur to a clamp-on model by purchasing a clamp adapter.
  • The Miche clamp adapters are ideal for Campagnolo front derailleurs. Their outside curvature matches the Campagnolo concave clamp washer perfectly. The inside clamp curvature matches both Campagnolo and Shimano front derailleurs perfectly. Miche adapters are slotted, so up and down front derailleur adjustment, is independent of clamp height adjustments.
  • Miche adapters come in three diameters to fit all seat tubes; 26.8, 31.8 and 35 mm.
  • Campagnolo makes two front derailleur clamp adapters; one in 31.8 and another in 35 mm. Both come in black or silver. Of course, they fit all models of Campagnolo front derailleurs perfectly.
  • Shimano makes two front derailleur adapter clamps also; one in 31.8 mm and another in 35 mm. They fit Shimano front derailleurs perfectly. If you replace the Campagnolo curved clamp bolt and washer with a Le Tour adapter bolt and washer, you may use the Shimano clamp with a Campagnolo front derailleur. The Shimano clamp inside curvature, matches the body curvature of Campagnolo and Shimano front derailleurs.
