Cassette Lockring Tools:

Use a Park BBT-5 Cassette lockring tool to install or remove any Campagnolo cassette lockring. The BBT-5 tool also fits Campagnolo Record and Chorus bottom bracket cups.
Use a Park FR-5 Cassette lockring tool to install or remove any Shimano HG cassette lockring.
We suggest using a Park FRW-1 lockring tool holder in conjunction with the above lockring tools. You will get more leverage and a solid, secure fit. No more skinned knuckles!

Park Torque Wrenches:

To perfectly tighten your cassette lockring we suggest using a Park torque wrench. The Park TW-2, pictured below, uses a standard 3/8 of an inch ratcheting drive and precisely measures from 0 to 600 inch pounds. The Park TW-1 pictured above, uses a 1/4 inch drive and measures from 0 to 60 inch pounds. For reference, 12 inch pounds equals 1 foot pound.
The TW-2 is ideal for bottom brackets, pedals, cassettes and headsets. The Park TW-1 is perfect for cable anchor bolts, chainring bolts and brake and derailleur fixing bolts. Park torque wrenches are a pleasure to use and will easily last a lifetime.

We suggest using standard 1/4 and 3/8 inch drive sockets with the Park Torque Wrenches. Park no longer makes socket sets but they are widely available at better hardware and auto parts stores.

Cassette Installation and Removal Tools:

You will need a chain whip to hold the cassette in place if you want to remove a cassette lockring. The Park SR-1 and SR-2 chain whips will fit all 7, 8 and 9 speed cassettes. The Park SR-2 can be upgraded to fit Campy 10 speed cassettes by using the Le Tour Campy 10 kit. The Le Tour Campy 10 kit works fine on all 7, 8 and 9 speed cassettes also.
You can upgrade the SR-2 chain whip to fit 1/8 inch track cogs with the Le Tour Track Kit. To install either kit simply unbolt the SR-2 allen head bolts and replace the old chain sections with the new Le Tour chain sections.
You may use a genuine Campagnolo chain whip for your 10 speed cassettes. The Campagnolo 10 speed chain whip also fits 7, 8 and 9 speed cassettes.
