• ZRO Alloy drums are spin balanced using sophisticated, computerized two-plane balancing equipment. Now you can cruise at high speeds and still enjoy a silky smooth ride.

• 3.25 inches ( 8.25 cm ) diameter, 15 inch ( 38 cm ) wide drums are easy to ride and give a better workout than 4 inch drums.
• .23 inch, ( 6 mm ) wall thickness, heavy duty aluminum drums are designed for a lifetime of performance riding. Thicker walls also offer more rotating inertia which better simulates "on the road riding".
• Aluminum drums are lathe turned and spin balanced after the bearings are installed so you are assured of near-zero runout. In fact run-out is always less than 0.001 of an inch. Put another way, these drums are machined round to the width of a human hair!
• Accepts bicycles with wheelbases from 38.5 inches (98 cm) to 44.5 inches (113 cm). A bicycle's wheelbase is the distance from the rear wheel axle to the front wheel axle in a straight line. Always adjust the front roller so it is slightly ahead of your front wheel's axle.

To get the best workout in the least amount of time we suggest using a heart rate monitor. Simply set an upper and lower heart rate zone, put the wireless monitor on and start cycling.
