Lightly padded Gertex palms absorb vibration and perspiration. The triangular patch has a little extra padding and a rougher surface to better grip your bar tape. Check out the black loops on the second and fourth fingers. Those are finger pulls and make taking off sweaty gloves much easier. A padded wrist tab is added for greater comfort.
