Campagnolo uses a modified right side Ergo body for their right side, Carbon Aero brake lever. We cannot get those bodies but the above Centaur and Veloce Ergo bodies will work just as well.

The Centaur Ergo body on the left uses a brass central pivot bushing while the Record one on the right employs two maintenance friendly, cartridge ball bearings.

Ergo Index Gear conversions made easy...

You may convert any 1999 to current, Campagnolo right side Ergo shift lever to shift with any Campagnolo 8, 9 or 10 speed rear derailleur.
Campagnolo 1999 to current, 9 speed Ergo levers may be converted to 8 speed, pre-2001 9 speed or 2001+ 9 speed by simply replacing the Ergo Index gear.
Note: Pre-2001 8 and 9 speed rear derailleurs have a "B" adjusting screw that is under the frame hanger bolt and rests against the frame dropout. 2001 to current rear derailleurs have the "B" adjusting screw mounted on the rear derailleur body where it rests against the jockey wheel cage.
Campagnolo 1999 to current, 9 speed Ergo right levers may be converted to 10 speed by replacing the Ergo Index Gear and the right Ratchet Ring which has wider teeth that match the 10 speed Ergo Index Gear.
Campagnolo 10 speed Ergo right levers may be converted to 8 or 9 speed by replacing the Ergo Index Gear and the right Ratchet Ring which has finer teeth that match the 8 or 9 speed Ergo Index Gears.
We recommend replacing both G springs whenever you install a new Ergo Index Gear in an Ergo lever.
