Kreitler rollers are hand crafted using only the highest quality materials and carry a lifetime warranty. The drums are precisely machined from 6061-T6 aluminum tubing and turned on a lathe to within 2/1000th of an inch of perfect concentricity. Kreitler roller rails are made from top quality, heat treated steel and mig welded in precision fixtures. Eight non-marring rubber feet provide exceptional stability even under demanding conditions. All belts are polyurethene and wear like iron. Perfectly round drums combined with instrument quality shield bearings and a solid, stable set of rails result in the smoothest, quietest ride available on rollers. • Kreitler offerrs three different alloy drum diameters and two types of drum endcaps.





• 4.5 inch ( 115 mm ) diameter, 15 inch long ( 38 cm ) alloy drums are the easiest to ride and most stable. Extra resistance is easliy added via the Kreitler Killer Kool Headwind attachement.
• 3.0 inches ( 76 mmm ) diameter, 15 inch ( 38 cm ) alloy wide drums are more difficult to ride and give a better workout than 4.5 inch drums. A 'tough' person could be humiliated by the "Killer KOOL Headwind" and Kreitler's 3 inch rollers.
• 2.25 inches ( 57 mmm ) diameter, 15 inch ( 38 cm ) alloy wide drums were designed for the USA Cycling Team. 2.25 inch drums provide a tongue draggin' load. Only an 'animal' would use the "Killer KOOL Headwind" with these drums.





• Each drum size is available with premium silver colored, alloy end caps as pictured above to the right, or less expensive but equally durable black polycarbonate end caps as pictured above to the left. Polycarbonate end caps reduce machining costs substantially and result in significant overall savings. All drums and end caps are covered by a lifetime warranty from Kreitler.
• All drums are lathe turned after the bearings are installed so you are assured of near-zero runout. In fact run-out is always less than 0.002 of an inch. Put another way, these drums are machined round to the width of a human hair!
• Heavy duty, black epoxy powder coated, channel steel roller frame will not flex or twist even during the most rigorous workouts. All Kreitler rollers use the same roller frame.

• Accepts bicycles with wheelbases from 31.5 inches (80 cm) to 46.75 inches (119 cm). A bicycle's wheelbase is the distance from the rear wheel axle to the front wheel axle in a straight line. Always adjust the front roller so it is slightly ahead of your front wheel's axle.
• Roller rail extensions will allow you to ride your tandem on Kreitler rollers. The extensions will accept bicycles with wheelbases from 57.5 inches (146 cm) to 72.8 inches (185 cm). No tools are required to adjust the wheelbase settings.
• Precision CNC machined and lathe turned drums assure you of the smoothest and quietest possible ride.
• Lifetime lubricated, sealed radial bearings. 100% sealed to give you a lifetime of maintenance free training.
• Eight large, non-marring, rubber feet provide rock solid support to the flex free, 16 inch (40 cm) wide, steel frame.

To get the best workout in the least amount of time we suggest using a heart rate monitor. Simply set an upper and lower heart rate zone, put the wireless monitor on and start cycling. Simply by keeping your heart rate within the zone limits you will improve the efficiency and results of your cycling session.

• The Kreitler flywheel stores energy and relases it at the top and bottom of your pedal stroke.

• Easy to install. Simply slip over the end of your rail and tighten the knob.
• All models use the same left or right flywheel unit. However each model comes with a different length belt to match the roller drum diameter. Choose a left or right mounting version and then match the model to your drum's diameter. A belt is included.
• The right side of your bicycle/rollers is the chainwheel/cassette side.
• Simply slip the belt off of the roller drum to disconnect this unit when you wish to ride with out it.

• A rock solid, stand alone unit that may be used with all brands of rollers. Kreitler drums are 15 inches long and the fork stand legs are 21 inches (54 cm) apart.
• Two heights: one for rollers with 4 to 5 inch (100 to 130 mm) diameter drums and another for rollers with 2.25 to 3.5 inch (63 to 95 mm) diameter drums.
