The different colored lines represent various gear combinations. Note how resistance increases
more rapidly for the more difficult gear combinations. Spinning only 50 RPM's with a 53-12 gear combination requires 300 watts
of power. Spinning the same 50 RPM's in a 53-18 requires only 100 watts. You choose the gear combination
and cadence that is perfect for the workout you desire from easy spinning to intense power training.
