International Customers: You will not be charged for any US taxes. However, you may get charged, by your government, for taxes and/or duties that are levied by your country on items that you purchase from us. Check with your local tax authorities or Post Office for specific taxes or duties you may be responsible for. To eliminate brokerage fees we ship all foreign orders by US Post which is turned over to your local Postal Service.

  You may also fax or mail your order to us.

• Bulky and/or heavy items such as trainers, wheels, some liquids and storage racks cost more to ship. Applicable extra charges are listed on their respective online catalog pages.
• USPS surface mail is best for shipping bulky and/or heavy items. If your order is small or light, 2 pounds or less, we suggest shipping it by USPS Priority Mail.
• Allow 7 -10 days for delivery by USPS Air Mail International.
• We can also ship International orders via USPS Express Mail for about $25.00 per pound ( 454 grams). Express Mail is trackable via the USPS.com web site and takes 4 - 8 days to arrive.
