Campagnolo Veloce Dual Pivot Brake Caliper.

Campagnolo Veloce brakes are precisely machined and nicely finished.
Heat treated steel springs and hardware are carefully machined and then nickel chrome or bright zinc plated for greater durability. Brass bushings at each pivot point provide smooth braking and keep the costs down.
