Notes: VOA is a classic shortwave station that I first listened to in the 1970s. They have excellent shows that are often targeted to a specific audience. This broadcast was sent to Africa, was in English and featured US international and national news stories. I emailed a reception report to qsl@usagm.gov . When a QSL arrives I will post it here.
