Notes: I tuned into their Mandarin Chinese broadcast transmitted from Kuwait. I was able to catch enough American English words like "shortwave", "Joe Biden" and "Washington" to determine that I was listening to RFA. I made a short recording at the top of the hour and emailed it and a reception report to qsl@rfa.org. If I receive a QSL I will post it. A blank 2023 January-April QSL is above.

About: Radio Kuwait broadcasts in several languages, including English, on short and medium wave frequencies. On 1134 kHz the broadcast is in Arabic only.
