About: Radio Tirana was a loud and interesting voice for propaganda in the 1970s. They were allied with Red China and thus were anti-soviet. The Internationale was played at the end of every broadcast. Sometimes they would talk about how they defeated the Nazis in World War II. Their QSL hints at the Red Chinese affilation with the red star.

Notes: Radio Tirana is still broadcasting to North America. I tuned in today, February 24, 2022, via WRMI in Okeechobee, Florida. The show still had great folk music but they now talked about the free market and how Albania was flourishing.
